Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve been opened or used. This helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product safety for all our customers.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery at support@vildabody.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit.
For unopened items, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery — please email our support team before sending anything back to ensure smooth processing.
